This topic makes an effort to develop knowledge and skills that are required to build up a culture of continuous improvement within an organization and how to manage that change reaction from stakeholders and employees of organization. For that initially need to consider features of organization that needs improvement like high quality, profitability, innovative of new product. In order to create this culture we consider a medium size manufacturing company that is in growing stage of industry life cycle. In order to attain establish stage company needs to develop continuous improvement culture in organization like delivering high quality of services to customers, keep employees motivated, reward them with high appraisal techniques, develop strong relation with suppliers during development of culture, produce innovative products, increase sales and result with high efficiency and high profit to organization. In order assess the success of improvement of organization culture we need to use performance motivational system as a leader and performance management system for the management style of employees. Different behavior approach is considered to assess impact of change to organizational changes that actually motivate and encourage employees to give high level of performance in form of high productivity and high sales and making new innovative product in market to give tough task to competitors. After that changes that need to be made in selection, recruitment, appraisal, reward and appraisal system to motivate employees, put them in a plan format and presented it to stakeholders to get them agree on that changes. Stakeholders understand language of money or profit so we need to present it in table or figures format that how much we need to spent on changes, how it will impact on productivity, how much it will generate profit, how much it will increase market share and how it will affect on sale. System design like plan does act and review is mention to review strategy of developing culture of improvement in an organization. To assess its success surveys questionnaires made then review it. Strategy should be best fit within organization and time. In strategy effect of culture (external) political forces and economic condition also considered.
