Introduction
Organizational behavior has been known as the study of individuals, groups and organizational structure. However, organizational behavior is an impact that individuals, groups and structures have on behaviors within organizations, which can affect the performance of the organization.

Organizational Behavior is a logical control in which a colossal number of scrutinize led that enhances its vision base. It examines human behavior in relation to assorted communal, political, psychological and commercial conditions that alter the performance of an organization. It concentrates on how people contemplate and behave, focuses on competitive fights for governmental manipulation and impact in area and examines how wealth is produced and distributed (Robbins, 2009). The aim of this essay is to analyze the organizational behavior by drawing on my own experiences from working in Almarai Company

Almarai Company was established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1977 as a partnership between the Irish agri-foods pioneer Alastair McGuckian and his brother Paddy, and HH Prince Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabeer in 1977 A.D transforming the traditional dairy farming to a fresh milk provider in every market they recognized the potentials in serving the Saudi market and were able to meet the needs of the market and gain the trust of Saudi customers.

Almarai company production includes a wide verity of dairy and juice products having established the company as food manufacturer during the early 1990s, As the company is thriving the business must adapt to the changes of restructuring and reinvesting they have restructured the production plants and took it from decentralized structure to centralized structure they have replaced five plant with a central processing plant in 2005 the company invested in the second central processing plant aiming to gain a low-cost production so that consumers will be able to enjoy a high quality products with affordable prices. In line with centralizing the plants, they we’re able to replace ten small dairy farms with six large dairy farms in Alkarj – Saudi Arabia.

As the company has recognized the advantages of long-term, in 2005, the company moved from being a privately owned company to a publicly listed company. In 2007, by acquiring Western Bakeries- Jeddah the company has entered the bakery market with the brand-Lusain. In 2009, Almarai Company has also expanded its profile though acquisition the Hail Agriculture Development Company (HADCO) and re-launched it as a fresh poultry brand – Alyoum. In 2013 the company announced acquiring the stakes held by Mead Johnson in International Pediatric Nutrition Company (IPNC) were it was previously a joint venture qualifying the company to be the first manufacturer of baby formula in Saudi Arabia by the latest addition to Almarai company portfolio making the company the leader of the industry. Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of Almarai Company has been divided into six elements: work specialization, departmentalization, chain of command, span of control, centralization and decentralization, and formalization (Robbins, 2009).

The first element of Almarai company organizational structure is departmentalization in which jobs are grouped together into manageable units. The company has different departments such as department by product, department by function (Robbins, 2009). The department by products includes bakery, dairy & poultry. The department by function includes production, procurement, human resources, marketing and finance department. The managers are grouped with similar expertise and skills.

Almarai Company is considered one of the largest vertical integrated dairy companies in the world. Almarai Company owns the supply chain of the company. As illustrated below...
