The following essay will be described the organizational behavior terminology and concepts applied in the organization. The following topics will be presented: Organization culture as internal and external environment of control. Diversity as of individual differences based on gender, race and ethnicity, age, disabilities, and sexual orientation. As the last subject communication as the human skill that helps the organization to work well with other people, and resolves conflict. The point of view for experiences in my organization will be included in this paper and conclusion. Organization Culture
The organizational culture is described as the internal environment of an organization, the shared beliefs and values that influence the behavior of organizational members. Organization that has strong cultures can operate with a better understanding of the future outcomes. The importance of a good communication and well develop beliefs and values. The internal environments of organizations that acquire a positive culture will present a high-performance orientation, stress on teamwork, emphasis of risk taking and encouragement on innovation Robbins, S. & Judge, T. (2009). In a good and constructive culture, members are suggested to work together in ways that meet the best order for the human needs. In a defensive culture, members tend to act defensively in their work environments, seeking to protect their security. In an aggressive or defensive culture, members usually act forcefully in their working relationships to protect their status or positions Robbins, S. & Judge, T. (2009).
