I am grateful and truly appreciate their kindness in giving me thoughtful advices, guidance, suggestions and encouragement to assist me to the completion this research project.

First and foremost, I am extraordinarily grateful to my supervisor, Mr. Lim Kuang Long, who had provided his time and expertise to help in order to ensure that this particular research project to be completed with assessment needed. With his feedback, I am able to complete the research project and hand in within the timeframe. He has given a handful of advises on how to complete the assignment in a way that is more productive.

I would also like to thanks to other lecturers for all their efforts and assistance in aiding me in the process of writing this research project for the past 3 months. ABSTRACT Diversity has becoming a mean of different perception in different organizations. True diversity management articulates and raises performance standards by requiring organizations to adapt to the diversify workforce. Efforts has to be made by the organization in order to utilize it as a organizational resources in regards to whether the goal of the organization is to be an employer of choice, to provide excellent customer service, or to maintain a competitive edge. Workplace diversity is a compound all-around concept that will keep changing as more businesses shift toward global marketplace.

This study primarily focuses on the effects of workforce diversity towards organizational performance. There are three main dimensions which had been identified and possessed a great influence towards the organizational performance.
