Organizational Behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structures have on behavior with an organization. The aims of the module is to develop knowledge an understanding of the ways in which individuals and groups can contribute more efficiently to organizational goals .The module also explains how the knowledge of theoretical framework can assist in the achievement of organizational goals. One of the main goals of organizational theorists is, according to Simms (1994) "to revitalize organizational theory and develop a better conceptualization of organizational life."An organizational theorist should carefully consider levels assumptions being made in theory, and is concerned to help managers and administrators. Organizational behavior is a growing field. Organizational studies departments generally form part of business school. Organizational behavior is becoming more important in the global economy as people with diverse backgrounds and cultural values must work together effectively and efficiently. My task is to pick three issues and talk discuss about them so: The three basic issues that I have chosen for the report is Attitude, Job Satisfaction and Leadership all of the above are important parts of organizational behavior. What is attitude?
Attitude which we can basically say is a statement or judgment concerning objectives, people, or events. We can also say attitude can be defined as a positive or negative evaluation of people, objects, event, activities, ideas, or just about anything in your environment, but there is debate about precise definitions. Eagly and Chaiken, for example, define an attitude "a psychological tendency that is expressed by evaluating a particular entity with some degree of favor or disfavor."] Though it is sometimes common to define an attitude as an affect toward an object, affect (i.e., discrete emotions or overall arousal)...
